It is quiet at the very end of a cul-de-sac and offers through the elevated position a beautiful view of the lake, the town of Idro and the mountains. The house is adjoined by a garden for sole use, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes, as well as to the center with the children's playground, small supermarket, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, ice cream parlor, bar and various restaurants and the always on Wednesdays sattfindenden very nice weekly market. The apartment has a total of about 50 sqm. These are distributed in a bright living room with open plan kitchen and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. From the living room leads into the garden, the outside to eat outside or invites you to relax with the sun loungers. On the other side is the balcony, which offers a panoramic view over Idro, the lake and the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a gas stove, oven, a filter coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils. There is a double bed in the bedrooms and 2 single beds in the other. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. WiFi is available free of charge, as well as German programs on TV.
