Charming rural house in Icod de los Vinos, perfect for enjoying a few days of relaxation surrounded by the natural beauty of northern Tenerife. With 128 m² of interior space and a large outdoor area, it offers comfort and plenty of room for up to 5 guests. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Its rustic and cozy style creates a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for unwinding in a peaceful rural setting.  
  
This lovely home combines traditional Canarian charm with all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Decorated in natural tones and noble materials, it invites guests to slow down and enjoy the serenity of the countryside.  
 The spacious and bright living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor areas. The kitchen, with its classic style, is fully equipped — perfect for those who love to cook during their holidays.  
 It offers two beautifully decorated bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both filled with natural light and details that reflect the island’s rural character. The two bathrooms, both with showers, are practical and comfortable.  
 Outdoors, the house features a beautiful private pool area surrounded by nature, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for total privacy under the sun. There is also a large barbecue area with a table and benches — ideal for sharing meals in the open air with family or friends.  
 Located in Llanito Perera, a quiet area of Icod de los Vinos, this property offers the perfect base to enjoy volcanic landscapes, hiking trails, and the authentic charm of northern Tenerife, while remaining close to the historic town center and the coast.  
  
The property includes a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area, and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, and washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. 45” Smart TV, baby cot, and high chair available.
