Motel is super clean. Furnishings are dated however the cleanliness and service was excellent. Raj is amazing! He helped us with our ferry tickets and advised us on how to get around town. Location of the hotel is perfect. Couldnt ask for a better location! Leave your car and walk everywhere. Boat tour and ferrys right across the street and a block from main st shops, plus several great seafood restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel is older and dated, but it was the cleanest we've ever seen. The floors shine! We enjoyed our afternoon wine on the deck right outside our room. Raj and his wife are pleasant hosts and very accomodating. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Hyannis ferry. Although the rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, the room was VERY clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is at a nice location, just next to the harbor. We were welcomed by a very friendly owner, Raj who gave us some useful advice about renting bikes and cycling the rail trail and where to eat. Our room on the second floor was nice and spotless with a partly view onto the harbor.
