Our “Meerblick” vacation rental delights guests with its exclusive location in the Haus der Westküste and an exceptionally beautiful view of the North Sea. From the loggia with its awning, you can relax and enjoy the magnificent ocean view while making the most of your getaway on the coast.

The Location
This cozy vacation rental is located in the Haus der Westküste on the second floor of a four-story building. An elevator is available and goes up to the half-floor level.
The vacation apartment is within walking distance of a supermarket with an on-site bakery, several restaurants, and the North Sea swimming pier. Across from the supermarket, you’ll also find a high-quality flower, fruit, and vegetable shop where you can buy fresh, local produce and beautiful flowers.

Amenities
The 36 m² one-room apartment is ideal for 1–2 people. The cozy living area features a dining area, a comfortable armchair, and a smart TV.
The bed was purchased new in 2026 and is equipped with new medium-firm mattresses—for a pleasant and restful night’s sleep.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a two-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. In addition, you’ll find a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as all necessary cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. You’ll find a full-length mirror in the hallway.

Special Features
The highlight of the apartment is the stunning ocean view, which you can enjoy directly from the loggia. A practical awning provides pleasant shade and invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.
The vacation rental is a smoke-free property and features fly screens and privacy screens on the windows. A free private parking space right next to the house is also available to you.

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building (for a fee of €2 per use).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

You can park your bicycles separately in the underground parking garage.
In addition, the vacation rental offers free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a selection of books. A clothes drying rack and a vacuum cleaner are also available.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked in advance for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
