Welcome to our newly remodeled single-story retreat nestled in Madison County. Located within a short drive to HSV Airport, downtown Huntsville, and Redstone Arsenal, our home is centrally positioned for both business and leisure travelers.  
  
This spacious 4-bed, 2-bath home features updated finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with Netflix, and outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Explore the charm of Huntsville while enjoying the comfort and convenience of single-story living.  
  
Welcome to our spacious single story 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features its own luxurious bathroom, complete with a full tub, stand-up shower, and dual sinks for added comfort.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, making it perfect for both short stays and extended visits. The open layout of the property ensures a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxing and dining together.  
  
Whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, our home provides the perfect setting for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Relax, cook, and dine with ease in this beautifully designed space.  
  
Guests will have full access to our single-story home, ensuring a completely private and comfortable stay. Every room is conveniently located on the ground floor, providing easy access throughout the house. Please note there are two small steps to reach the front door, but once inside, there are no further steps. You will have access to all areas of the home, including the inviting backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors. Enjoy your stay with the comfort and privacy of having the entire home to yourselves.  
Zero Tolerance policy for parties & events  
Smoking is only permitted outside of the home  
Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors  
The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home  
RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed  
If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund  
  
If smoke is found indoors, there's a $500 fine.

Property needs deep cleaning. Entry way was very uninviting, lots of debris and spider webs. Refrigerator was not cleaned properly. Shower in hall bathroom did not work, seems to be an ongoing problem as per previous reviews. Floors were definitely not cleaned, there was a fake nail on the floor. Kids could not even walk around in socks, they were black! Mattress in guest bedroom had a deep sink. Overall, cleanliness is a problem. Took lots of videos to prove it.
