Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with parking, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and outdoor patio.This is a brand new home 2 blocks from the Hunter Mountain Bridge. The first bedroom contains two full size beds, each of the other two bedrooms contain queen size beds. The home is walking distance to all restaurants, bars, synagogue, Mountain events and bus to NYC. It is great for a couples get-away or a family & friends. Enjoy mountain views, skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, Golf, Mini Golf, Hunter Mountain Zip line, festivals, CORN HOLE and many more outdoor activities. The home is equipped with an OUTDOOR FIRE PIT. IT IS A VERY CLEAN HOME, NEW AIR PURIFIERS AVAILABLE FOR USE!

GUEST ACCESS:

Don't worry about coordinating check-in or losing your have a keypad lock on the door and you will be given your own access code prior to your arrival. Just come and go at your convenience!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Reach out anytime! We will respond quickly to any messages, and help with any immediate matters.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Hunter Mountain is a 4 season experience with seasonal action all year-round. The quaint towns of Hunter & Tannersville are filled with friendly locals and tourists providing a vintage, homey feel that is a breath of fresh air from our day to day lives.

GETTING AROUND:

You will have your own home and private yard to yourself. You are steps away from everything!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

We recently built this home so the listing is new, which is why we have minimal reviews. The house is well kept and is in close proximity to all that Hunter has to offer. Outdoor security cameras on premises only viewing front door and parking lot.

Great Hunter Mountain VRBO

My family and I had a great time at this rental. It was very clean and well-appointed. The owner/property manager was super responsive, accommodating and gracious. If your’re looking to stay at Hunter, this is the spot. Located right across the street from the Hunter Mountain entrance on Main Street.

Awesome experience

Perfect location for a holiday weekend skiing at Hunter Mountain. The hosts were great to work with, the house had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Convenient No-Frills Hunter Stay Perfect for Families

We rented this property for 5 weeks over the ski season and it was perfect for our needs. This simple 3 bedroom was perfect for my family of four (2 young kids) and my parents. Large living room for family movie nights, spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a sizable kitchen for cooking with a big table for eating or game nights. Incredibly convenient access to Hunter Mountain - 2 minutes away (I would not advise walking there with equipment)! Walkable or a short drive to day-to-day conveniences - coffee, convenience store, pizza and amazing German restaurant/bar. Short drive to brewery and downtown Tannersville. House is a no frills modular - so no fire place inside (but there is a great firepit outside!) and walls are a little thin, but nothing disruptive. My only complaint is the heater off the kitchen and near the kitchen table is rather loud. Owner was incredibly responsive and always easy to connect to and answer any questions we have. Property is well maintained, and the owner's family is in the unit behind this for any urgent needs.

The location is relativity brand new, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The large living room has a big TV and Wi-Fi. Less than a 3 minute drive to the mountain. Would recommend to all...

Girl's Trip!

This house was perfect for six 30 year-olds to use as a weekend away! The location is literally right at the bottom of the mountain and down the street from a pub, country store, and pizza shop. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We will try to use this location for our annual girl's trip more often!

Warm and Lovely place

I highly recommend Anton's House. Is clean, organized, comfortable, big kitchen and enough social areas. In winter its perfect for skiing in Hunter Mountain (is walking distance!!!) as well close to restaurants, deli's and a brewery. He is such an amazing host, responding quickly all messages, giving recommendations about the place and the home was perfectly clean. We enjoy our stay and definitely will come back next year.

Great and comfortable week-end at Hunter

I definitely recommend it for families or a group of friends. We really enjoyed the week-end at Hunter and felt like at home. We are 5 (3 children) and the house is spacious, clean, and has anything you might need: new appliances, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 3 rooms, big TV with Netflix (!), wifi, washing machine, dryer. It was REALLY cold, however the heating was great and we couldn't feel how freezing was outside. Anton, the owner was really nice and accommodating: he gave us restaurant recommendations, he let us do an early check-in and he let us leave out bags in the house the day out (it was freezing outside and we didn't want to leave all our things in the car at -10) until we finished skiing. Just good to know: the house is very close to the slopes, although I would recommend taking the car as it is a 10 mn walk up the hill and with kids we preferred to avoid it.

This was a wonderful stay. The house is in a brand new condition. Well taken care. Easy to communicate with owner. I would recommend this to other. Note: this house is still not showing up on google maps. This is because this is a brand new house. This is the first house by the corner of main st.
