Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. Travel cot and highchair. Telephone – for incoming and emergency calls only. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, barbecue and playhouse. Private parking for 1 car; garage for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. At the end of a group of carefully designed cottages, set back from the road in a conservation area. The garden offers peace and seclusion, with a high degree of privacy, and open rural views. The fine sandy beach at Holme is only a few minutes’ drive. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Norfolk Lavender and bird reserves all close by. Excellent golf, fishing, riding and walking locally. Village shop opposite and celebrated country pub 100 yards.

My stay at hunstanton

Had a lovely stay over Christmas, place was well equipped and there was a lovely welcoming hamper on arrival, also had decorated with a tree etc for our stay, was peaceful and wereally enjoyed our time here

Lovely well equipped cottage, slight glitch with the heating but the caretaker was really prompt with her response even though it was a Sunday & it was resolved within a day so a big thankyou for your help. Would love to stay again in the warmer months as the garden looked really inviting, super area for bird watchers & we were treated to a Red Kite fest of more than a dozen birds on an evening from the front window of the cottage. The village shop just across the road was great for essentials as well as a huge selection of gifts & so friendly.

The cottage was lovely, perfectly situated for our visit with family. It was full if absolutely everything you could want for cooking etc. It was so cosy and perfect size for what we wanted, and it was decorated for Christmas which was lovely. The cottage was very clean except for a couple of cobwebs in the master bedroom and front room. There isn't alot in the village, except the shop opposite which was really interesting but only open until 1pm at the moment, but there is plenty to do if you travel a bit further. Lovely cottage in a nice village.

Lovely cottage in a nice village. Great local shop opposite which is very well stocked. The local pub is well known and we have eaten there several times over the years and is still excellent - do book as it is very popular. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need. This was our second stay.

This was our second stay. This really is a home from home for is now. Exceptionally well equipped with more space than appears in the photos. Much has been done to maintain/improve since our last visit. The caretaker and owners are very attentive. It is immaculately clean and full of character. We cannot recommend enough. The local pub/restaurant is fantastic, family friendly and great food. The village shop has all sorts of everything and is a gem but we have found that it sometimes misses some essentials!

A lovely cottage with a homey feel.

A lovely cottage with a homey feel. Very well equipped kitchen for eating in. Great location for touring the northwestern part of Norfolk. Only complaint, the beds mattresses are a little too soft and may need replacing. Would definitely recommend this cottage to others wishing to see this beautiful part of the country.

A great cottage in a good location.

A great cottage in a good location. Had a good holiday with plenty to do in the area. Lots to do in nearby Hunstanton, with Wells, Penthrope and Sandringham close by. Loved exploring all the local Stately homes especially Houghton Hall, Holkam Hall, and various National trust places. Enjoyed relaxing in the garden on an evening while the kids enjoyed playing table tennis and darts among other things. Cottage was very well equipped and very cozy.

A very cozy cottage, well equipped with a lovely large and safe garden for young children. As other reviewers have said, a mass of indoor and outdoor toys plus cupboards full of games and puzzles for adults too. Bathroom is a bit tired but clean and the kitchen is small for a family, lacking in empty cupboard space for your groceries, but again perfectly clean and functional. We had a lovely holiday and will be sure to book again.
