The village itself, steeped in history and known for its peaceful rural charm, is home to a welcoming pub and lies close to the Peddars Way, a historic Roman road now forming part of the Norfolk Coast Path.  
  
Nature enthusiasts will enjoy nearby reserves like RSPB Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham, both offering exceptional birdwatching opportunities. Families can enjoy days out at Sandringham Estate, just minutes away, or discover the bustling harbour towns of Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market with their independent shops and local delicacies. A dining room opens out to the conservatory and seats eight comfortably, making it perfect for sociable meals that stretch into the evening. The enclosed garden includes both lawn and patio areas, with an outside tap for washing muddy boots or paws. Two dogs are welcome to stay.  
  
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own en-suite with a shower enclosure, offering a restful retreat. The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds suitable for adults, while the third features twin beds that can be linked to form a super king if desired. The fourth bedroom offers a comfortable double. A family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower enclosure serves the remaining rooms, and there is also a convenient WC located downstairs. The garage is a real bonus, housing a mix of bikes for guest use, an air hockey table and table tennis, along with extra garden furniture, ideal for fun-filled family stays in Norfolk.
