these birds are migrating from Europe to Africa In the Winter time, to stay warm. Israel is a good spot to stop and recharge the energy to make it all the way to Africa. there's this lake in the north of israel named Agamon HaHula which they stop there, gain energy, eat and then keep flying after getting the energy they need these birds make this cycle every year when the winter comes, then come back in the summer when it's warm. This Photo was taken at sunrise when some of the birds continued the journey, and some still slept. these birds are migrating from Europe to Africa In the Winter time, to stay warm. Israel is a good spot to stop and recharge the energy to make it all the way to Africa. there's this lake in the north of israel named Agamon HaHula which they stop there, gain energy, eat and then keep flying after getting the energy they need these birds make this cycle every year when the winter comes, then come back in the summer when it's warm. This Photo was taken at sunrise when some of the birds continued the journey, and some still slept.
