Budget hotel

The staff here are what make the hotel. They are extremely nice. Breakfast was also great. The room however was not the best. The hotel is very much a BUDGET hotel. Linens were clean. we didn't realize when we booked that it was a Budget hotel, and would have picked a different hotel if we had realized. But the room did have everything that you needed. And again amazing staff

Was passing through Hue and needed an affordable place to stay a few nights. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast and Cafe Sua Da in the morning made the stay extra special for the price i was paying a night.

スタップは感じが良く、お店や交通など観光情報を教えてくれます。バーやレストランがたくさんらあるエリアへは徒歩圏内ですがちょっと遠い。シャワートイレは清潔とは言えないものの価格的にはしかたないという感じです

Husband and wife were very friendly. They offered a lot of help and advice for where to go and how to go. The room was good. Bed was a bit hard but that’s a personal preference. Overall it is in a good location and I would return.

Great short stay. Staff were simply amazing and accommodating, gave us tips of things to do and always made sure we were taken care of. Stayed in a dorm and the Bed was a bit hard but that wasant a huge issue. Only downfall was that I booked through Expedia for a certain price to arrive and be told the discount didn’t apply so I had to pay for an extra night. I tried getting in contact with expedia but with no luck as there’s no email simply phone numbers I can’t use as I don’t have a sim.

ベトナム縦断の“シンツアーバス”のフエ到着地(事務所ではなく)から徒歩１分。宿のマネージャーっぽいお兄さんが爽やか&程よくフレンドリーです。 お部屋の掃除(タオルやシーツ交換)も、お願いしてないのに済んでて色んな意味で驚きでした。ただ、この価格で毎日率先して？部屋掃除してくれるゲストハウスは他に無いんじゃないかなと思います。 立地も良く、繁華街から1-2ブロックくらい外れてる分、騒がしすぎず静かです。 値段なりに施設が古かったりツッコミどころは多いですが、古いなりに清掃も程々になされており、コスパ重視で選ぶならココだと思います。

Nice Hotel... Good location ... And transportation

I booked a room with breakfast included... the staff is kind and helpful (they speak English).. also if you ask.. they can provide you with transportation service to the tourist spots in Hue so you can save lot of time and hassle.

Ma réponse ne concerne que le dortoir où nous logions, concernant les chambres également proposées je ne peux répondre. Dortoir exigu, 8 couchages en lits superposés et pas très clair. Humidité et beaucoup de minuscules fourmis partout. Uniquement une douche et un lavabo mais pas de WC à l’étage. Il faut descendre au premier étage alors que le dortoir se trouve au quatrième. Petit déjeuner moyen mais ok pour le prix. Les gérants sont charmants et conseillent très bien pour les ballades et les visites à faire.

The staff are wonderful, so helpful and such genuinely nice people. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and the welcome drink on arrival was so unexpected and a delicious fresh mango juice!

Value for money, stayed top floor old building.

Value for money. Superb breakfast, super friendly helpful staff. We stayed in the old building in the top floor room 401. We were the only people in the whole building, its a tad run down but the top floor room is full of old world charm, double size, great view. Road nise is a issue but for what you get for what you pay, Bargin. We were offered a rolm in the newer building but we wanted the big old top floor room and we were happy with dession. Breakfast top 3 in all our travels.

王宮へは徒歩15分程度の新市街にあり、近隣にローカル・旅行者向けレストラン多く便利。ホテルスタッフはサービス良く、ツアーの手配もしてくれます、朝食も選択 可能でコーヒーならおかわり可能です。冷蔵庫、テレビもあります。WIFIも良好。

Die Dame die tagsüber im Hotel war, war nett und hat uns geholfen den Tag zu gestalten. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Zimmer waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dunkel und recht klein, für den Preis aber voll in Ordnung.

The staff were amazing, really friendly. The breakfast was nice. But the room was so incredibly noisy. I can't remember having ever stayed somewhere so noisy! The windows didn't fit the window frame so it was like being on the street even though we were on the top floor. Such a shame as all the staff are so so nice.

Convenient and clean hotel

This hotel is convenient to the Imperial palace. They arranged for a moped for me and bus tickets to my next destination. They also upgraded me to a larger room with a balcony which was very kind! For the price, staff and location I gave it many stars. Remember it is an old hotel so if you are looking for a "hilton" style for a hostel price you will be disappointed. As for me, it was just what I needed for a very good price. Cheers

Great staff!

The staff were awesome! Very helping and extremely friendly :) they also had free breakfast and drinks that we're all great! The room we had was extremely tiny and I saw some ants around the room a few times. But that would be my only complaint. Good location.
