But the service really stands out and can’t even be compared to 5 starts luxury hotels. The host speaks perfect English and is very friendly and helpful with planning your trip to the mountain, explaining what buses to take and prices etc. The hotel also stored out big bags for us during the 2 days we were at the top without any cost and even let us shower after descending the mountain when picking up the bags. And as if that wasn’t enough they also looked up the bus schedule for us and drove us to the station to get home! They offered free pick-up and drop-off to the cable cars as well as the bus station. Staff were super helpful and spoke good English. Staff was very polite and great customer service. Our room was nice and clean. Shower takes a little to warm up, but otherwise good. Hotel has lots of information and tours, although we didn't try them. Amazing host! Amazing stay at the inn. Timo and the lovely friendly woman at the front desk gave us the best experience we have had so far in China! The room was clean, cozy and quiet. His knowledge of Hunagshan Mountain was so helpful to us when planning our trip. When we made mistake and didn't have anywhere to stay and the inn was full Timo found somewhere for us to stay and even dropped us there in his car! Prior to my stay I had read other reviews that said how wonderful the hotel is. And they were absolutely right . The owner was responsive to my requests before arriving and arrange transfers to and from the hotel. Check in was simple and easy. I stayed on the second floor and ininstantly fell in love with the design concept. Very modern with cool industrial touches. The bed was comfortable, there was nice selection of movies to watch. The shower spacious and there is wifi through out the hotel. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, slippers, kettle in the room, bottled water, mugs, dental kits etc. The hotel is a perfect location to see Yellow Mountain. A short walk to bus stop and you're on a bus to see the moutains or other scenic spots. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. The coffee was pretry good too. Super helpful owner present and helped us arrange our visit up the mountain. Gave us a good map, excellent instructions, and saved us the cost of a guide. If you go up to do any major hiking, you need a good map program installed on your phone. I used two: maps.me and CityMaps2Go and both showed the mountain trails and my location. Owner spoke great English and even invited us to share lunch while we were waiting to go to the bus station. La chambre comme sur les photos, très propre et aucun détail n'est laissé de côté ! L'hôtel dispose d'un bar restaurant proposant café et petits plats pour se restaurer jusqu'à 23h quand tout autour est déjà fermé depuis longtemps. L'équipe est très pro et tous parlent anglais, c'est très pratique. L'hôtel est situé à 300 m de la station de bus et est situé au pied de la montagne, ce qui permet d'arriver au premier téléphérique en moins de 30mn. Jenny et son équipe nous ont trouvé un chauffeur pour moins de 250 yuans pour faire l'aller retour à Tunxí la grande ville la plus proche (1h de route environ) et le chauffeur nous a attendu 3 heures sur place pendant que nous faisions du shopping ! The staff were really friendly and were helping people who weren't familiar with the area or only spoke English. The hotel is quite new (only 1yr old we've been told) and has a lovely lobby where people spend their evenings/mornings. They were kind enough to help us get to the bus station & offer us a stick. The room was clean & modern.
