This 2-story house has large windows to bring in the scenery, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main floor bedroom offers a King size bed, TV and a desk/vanity space. Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a King Size Bed and Large TV. Another bedroom offers two Single Beds and a Twin-Size daybed with Trundle. Two dining areas, located on either side of the kitchen, seat a total of eight. A screened in porch off the kitchen offers a wonderful place to sit and relax, along with an outside patio for grilling and outdoor dining. Enjoy a round of Ping Pong in the Garage! Located on the golf course, and a short distance away from the Pickle ball courts, basketball court, swimming pool and mini golf course, this is a great place to plan your next vacation! Electric fireplace available for use. This is a NON smoking rental!! NO Pets! NO parties!
