Enjoy the life of serenity in this 4 Bedroom 3 Bath recently updated home. Take in the Balboa Lake views (not a lake front property) and Quachita Mountains in the distance from the entirety of the back of this home. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the covered deck or sit in an adirondack chair and soak up the sun from the uncovered portion of the deck. Spacious yet cozy for a couple or bring your group of 8.

Enjoy ample space with 2 large living areas. Upstairs enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, master bedroom suite, queen bedroom, 2nd full bath and laundry room. Downstairs are an additional living area with a sleeper sofa, desk looking out over the lake, 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath. Peer through the windows from almost any room in the house to enjoy views of lake Balboa and the Quachita Mountains in the distance. This home is set-up to provide a peaceful retreat for any size group.

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 5 to have their own space. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. The views of the lake were beautiful. The house was very well equipped for our stay. Definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Hot Springs Village.

Simply the best home that I have rented in the Village! Very comfortable Hemingway furniture line. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Also modern appliances. Expansive lake views.

Location, location!

Love our stay in Hot Springs Village. The amenities in the community were just what we needed to unwind. Plus… the Downtown area was a beautiful drive away. The house accommodated the whole family, everyone had their own space. Will definitely book again. Thanks Mike for allowing us to stay here!!

What a view!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was large and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed for the time we were there. We liked the covered and uncovered decks coupled with the beautiful views. Working with Mike was great, he provided timely and thorough information as needed without issue.

Beautiful stay

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! We enjoyed our stay in this very well kept clean home. Eight of us had plenty of room to relax. We especially enjoyed watching the fireflies and deer walking right through the yard from the spacious deck!We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with walking trails and golf around every corner! The host is absolutely exceptional and e we hope to stay again soon!

Truly a Gorgeous Getaway

This lovely vacation home was the icing on the cake during our extended weekend getaway with longtime friends. Spacious and grand with beautiful decor and furnishings, it was the ideal spot for chats, games and grilling. The Host was most gracious and helpful. The grounds painted a wonderful backdrop for gazing and reflecting. We enjoyed the patio deck and the Grill.

Beautiful view

The property was just as listed. Very clean and had all the necessities we needed. You can see the lake from the back side of the property. Not a full view but enough to feel the serenity of the location. Be prepared to drive. This house is in Hot Springs Village which is about 20-25 minutes from Hot Springs. I also did not realize it’s a 20 minute drive from the east end of HSV to the west end where most of our other family was staying. Overall great house and great host. 5 stars!

Restful and peaceful home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Another couple of friends, my adult niece, and a grandson (17) of friends came to Hot Springs for a short vacation. Where we stay is always the most important part of our trip. We were not disappointed this time! The house is clean, well maintained, with nice comfortable furniture, and plenty of room for 6 people. The only negative is that the driveway is somewhat steep and short making backing out a large vehicle a bit of a challenge. The street is quiet with little traffic so we were able to back out without too much difficulty. The location is so peaceful with a beautiful view from the porch at the back of the house. Speaking of the porch it had great seating and large enough for us all to gather there and enjoy the tranquility of the woods that surround the house. The lake is visible too adding to the beauty of the surroundings. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed staying here. We were very happy with the accommodations!

Great 4th of July

Great property. Sizeable and very good condition. Quiet neighborhood with good view over the lake. We spent the holiday weekend with family and my parent's nearby house. Short drive to the beach and other village restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely stay again.

We were behond impressed with this property - it was immaculate, safe, comfortable, homey, and quiet. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us to relax and stay cool during the heat of the day. The location was perfect, as well as all of the amenities in the house and in HSV. If we ever get back to this area, we will definately book again. Hand down 5+ stars!

The property was exactly what we wanted! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the rest of the house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful 5 star property!

Beautiful location and beautiful property! The home was so clean and well appointed - not a trace of dust even in corners or baseboards! The views from most of the rooms of the lake were lovely! All of the necessities were provided (I.e. cleaning supplies, bath AND kitchen linens, small appliances, grill, propane, trash bags, hand soaps, dishwashing tabs, etc. - everything was thought of and provided.) The owner was very detailed and thorough in explaining directions and check-in process as well as on-site instructions. This was such a pleasant and wonderful stay experience!
