(Not all descriptions in other listings are truthful, apparently.) The view to the lake is beautiful - watch the sun rise right from the balcony! The condo has everything you could need, with plenty of dishes, towels, and supplies like dishwasher detergent that other places tend to skimp on. The condo was exceptionally clean and the whole complex is very quiet. It's a great home base for exploring the Hot Springs area. Only thing that would be nice to have is a grill, but not a dealbreaker. The fire stick is a nice touch, we enjoyed having it but couldn't figure out how to get local channels. We stayed at this beautiful condo for my husband birthday get away. I love the fact that it was stores bars, and places to eat right across from the condo.. A+😊 I felt like I was at home warm, comfortable, and well decorated. We fished off the dock and caught 5 breams. The view from balcony was amazing. The overall view of the outside was very neat and most importantly no steps. 🤣We will be staying again. One small kink the directions took us to the back of the condos and we came from Hamburg.
