This 1937 motor court is on the National Register of Historic Places and sits just outside of downtown Hot Springs, AR & Hot Springs National Park.

Unit # 19 is a large studio style apartment that is part of a historic motor court-fully renovated in 2021:

There are 6 covered and 3 uncovered unassigned first come, first serve parking spaces on the property. One vehicle per unit only. Street parking is also permitted on the street fronting the building and on Park Ave.
