    FAQ: How many stairs are there?
    -From the private parking area, there are a total of 10 steps down (6, then sidewalk, then 4 down). They can be seen in the photos and do have handrails.
    -There is one step-down into the home once you open the door.
    -Optionally, there are stairs at the front of the loft that exit directly onto Central Avenue. That stairwell has 20 steps. It is not necessary to use these if stairs are difficult.

Absolutely the perfect location you can walk to everything we did take the car one day to go to the races at Oaklawn, was amazing time. SoHo had everything you could need, beautiful, efficient, great location, and easycommunication with the host. I have nothing negative to say. we loved it!

We stayed here to attend a conference. I LOVED the location and how artistic the rooms were. I also loved how many beds there were and how friendly and quick to reply the owner was. I've already booked another stay!

Wonderful Stay

Excellent location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Beautifully furnished with lots of space to hang with our family. The outdoor areas felt like our own special getaway! Beds were also incredibly comfy. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Extraordinary Delight

This place is Special! It's not only elegant, beautiful & unique, It's at the heart of everything! Hot Springs is already a cool place to visit but this was the best trip we've ever had there largely due to the dwelling atmosphere! We'll definitely be staying there again!

Truly Fabulous!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and cozy. The owners/hosts are friendly, gracious, and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. If you are traveling to Hot Springs, stay here. You won't regret it. The location is also perfect for getting out and about and enjoying this great place. We can't wait to go back!

Excellent Christmas Location

Everything was Perfect the only thing we couldn’t figure out is the Heat vs Cold it seemed like the unit didn’t work in the master bedroom or bathroom but it was no big deal. The location to all the restaurants was 100% on Point we walked everywhere and had so much fun just watching people out on the streets. Beautiful and Cozy Home I would rent again.

Cozy, eclectic, convenient!

What a great find in Hot Springs for our girls trip! The home was super cozy and comfortable and so thoughtfully decorated. We appreciated all the little amenities (nice linens, soaps, towels, etc) and also enjoyed walking around each room to look at all the art. It was very conveniently located to the main downtown area, we walked everywhere. And the hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations, like our personal concierge. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Way Cool!

We were celebrating a family birthday with our adult kids and this home exceeded all our expectations! It’s beautifully decorated, really hip, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. You just can’t go wrong here. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and wish we had had more time to explore the art gallery downstairs. We’ll be back!

Perfect location and more

Soho has to be one of my favorite places I’ve rented with VRBO. Beautiful apartment above a gallery in the heart of Hot Springs. Our group was made up of 3 couples and found it just right for the six of us, with a great living area and back deck that we spent a lot of time on. Bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated (like the entire place). Easy walk to bath houses, the Ohio Club, Superior brewery and more. Can’t wait to go back.

The property was exactly as described.. Loved the bar/sitting area!!! Richard and Beth were fantastic hosts and were so helpful and generous. Even arranging a Gallery Tour and securing us Jockey Club seats The location was terrific and easily walkable to anywhere downtown. ❤️❤️❤️

SoHo Central

The place was absolutely beautiful, very well furnished lots of amenities. The host was very attentive. The beds were great. There are a few stairs, but very manageable. Even for my 82 year old aunt. Downtown close to everything able to walk to many locations with that said one of the bedrooms would not be for a light sleeper but other than that it was an absolute amazing stay.

Fabulous

The property was absolutely stunning. The artistry and decor in every room and bathroom was obviously meticulously selected by a designer. It was immaculate and comfortable. The women's group that accompanied me were there for a getaway weekend and watch party for a conference we weren't able to attend. We thoroughly enjoyed the city, particularly being walking distance from so many attractions; but the apartment and the conference of course were the highlights of the trip. We will definitely stay there again and again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in an amazing property.

The Perfect Getaway

We still cannot get over how beautiful and unique this house is. . We didn't want it to end. The house was full of breath taking art work, and each room tells a different story. It is located right in the heart of Hot Springs and a walk away from all the restaurants, stores, and bathhouse. Our car never moved. The host are amazing people. Perfect communication and on point with everything. We could instantly tell that endless hours of hard work and creativity was put into it. We felt at home the instant we walked in. Wish we could of stayed forever. We sincerely Thank you for having us and hope we get to experience it again!
