Just like our other Sibley sites. Chance of a lifetime to go on an affordable luxury RV vacation! No fuel expense, no camp site expense, no setup, no cleanup. Full setup kitchen, inside and outside fridge, towels, blankets, sheets. We have it setup so anyone can drive right up, walk in and enjoy! Private spot from other RVs, with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;). If you are bringing more than 1 pet, please contact first before booking. The pet fee is for 1 pet. a beautiful view over hot brook canyon. Easy walk along the cliff side or get a real workout hiking down the grade 220 ft cliff side. Queen bed in bed room, couch sofa sleeper, plus a queen and a double bed in the tent! Fire pit and propane provided... dry summers forced us to give up the wood pits. Nice bathroom and shower. Ac, wifi, Coffee pot is a Keurig / drip combo pot. Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. RV is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car or motorcycle and well hidden from the main house. Please remember this is a RV/Camping experience, the RV does have AC, but in the hot summer months we can not guarantee the RV will be as cool as your home. The nights typically drop down in the 50's/60s even in the summer, so with open windows, it usually is very comfortable sleeping. Non-Smoking in the RV. We were perfectly comfortable for 9 nights here, and we were able to enjoy many places of interest by using it as our home base. As the crow flies it is very close to lots, but note that driving to places takes much time on the winding, indirect routes. This spot would garner five stars but for a bit of wear and a lack of some kitchen essentials (for example, there were only two bowls, but we certainly made do). ##### A. M.
