It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. ..."

"The hotel is presented in excellent condition. Staff is friendly and helpful and most staff has good English competency. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is parking is slightly expensive at 1200 yen a night."
