Hornsby Bend Vacation Packages

The parking garage was my only complaint. The scan ticket system was not working, and I couldn't get out for 2 straight days. I had to back up the steep hill to then run back inside to validate the parking (that wasn't done when I checked in), and still didn't work. The lighting around the pay booth was dark, many interfaces. This lighting needs to be much brighter. I totally missed the call button to let someone know I was having issues getting out, thus adding to the panic to get out with others waiting behind me. The garage overall just didn't seem clean and well lit which gave me a creepy vibe about the property.

Coffee was week for someone’s from the NW

Room was great - one small issue - toilet would periodically run due to leak. Pool was great although still cold. The main issue was hotel was cashless. Not a bad thing but be prepared. Pool bar was not open as expected either. Staff very friendly

Great customer service. No on site valet and limited parking for oversized vehicles. Good room in a great location to UT

Clean, large room! On site restaurant was delicious. In great area to walk to many restaurants. Noisy bar next door but they provide ear plugs & sound machines, so easily drowned out the music.
