Horn Lake Tours and Activities

We liked this resort very much, and would come back. But potential visitors should know that currently (mid-summer 2026), the resort is experiencing a staff shortage (at least housekeeping staff). We could not get into our room until a couple hours after the supposed check-in time. On the bright side, desk staff gave us vouchers for dinner in order to compensate as best they could.

On a day when it was 100 degrees outside (actual temp), the AC unit was not turned on in my room upon check in. Turned it on and had to leave for a while before returning and still had to sit in front of AC air because of how hot it was in the room. Also, the refrigerator was not plugged in and had to wait for it to get cold to use it. Would not recommend this hotel.
