It doesn't get better than having your own private space right on the beach. It was nice to have our own kitchenette with a toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Having AC was also a huge perk. Arlene was such a friendly host—helpful, attentive, and responsive. We had zero issues with check-in and were able to connect with her upon check-out even though we left at the crack of dawn. The cabana was very clean and comfortable. The shower uses an on-demand water heater which worked well. The a/c took a bit of time to cool the unit but not too long. Plenty of power outlets. The neighborhood dogs and cats were friendly and unobtrusive. Arlene, the hostess, was very friendly and accommodating. No beach view but access takes less than a minute. No problem with parking and you are very close to the cabana front door. Our stay was perfect! The hosts take immaculate care of the property! The sand was even raked every morning before sunrise. Arlene even helped us with laundry. Arlene was kind enough to even walk with us to the bus stop and gave us great advice. We will definitely be back as we feel we made friends for life. The units are lovely with full kitchens, comfortable beds and outdoor seating (along with lots of chairs and loungers directly on the beach). There are plenty of nearby restaurants with local fare within walking distance, but if you’d like to venture further there are bikes available for guests. The owner Arlene is lovely and hospitable offering lots of suggestions for dining and activities. I am a woman traveling solo and I felt very safe and at ease at this property and in the town.
