"In such a lovely position but you feel kind of neglected once youve checked in. That was the only time we saw a member of staff, no scope to leave bags in storage at end of stay and room size fit 1 not 2. When you need staff at 6/7am its no good if no-ones around til 8am/9am. Lovely spot but pretty lousey otherwise gutted to say"
