Location, location, location, and an amazing house! The house is beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped. We really got to see the responsiveness and integrity of the property management company when an unexpected problem came up. A pipe under the sink in the upstairs bathroom broke during the night, and we only discovered it when someone heard running water. By then, nearly an inch of water had pooled on the floor and was already seeping through the ceiling and light fixtures below. It was quite a mess.Because we treated the house as if it were our own, we immediately worked to dry and clean everything to minimize damage. The property management team responded right away—arriving promptly to help with fans and towels—and they were incredibly appreciative of our efforts. They refunded us for more than one night for the hassle. While that was certainly the right thing to do, not every company would have handled it so thoughtfully.We highly recommend this wonderful place and are already looking forward to returning.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large windows and deck allow for relaxation and viewing the river and terrain. There are a lot of stairs, but that is expected to get such great open views.

Great place for family gathering

The house had wonderful views and importantly for us, a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the entire property was very clean. The only drawback was the number of stairs, but overall it was a wonderful property.

Everything worked except the carpet in the dining room carpet is a major trip hazard. It is ripped, frayed, loosed ropes, material would shed everywhere across the rug throughout the stay. We are taking yards of 1/4”-3/4” ropes coming apart. A place as expensive as this should not have a hidden hazard. Had I known I never would have rented. It is a very expensive place. . Do not stay here unless youj want to riskj tripping and breaking a neck. It is not worth the price.

Central to Downtown Hood River with Views

Very nice townhome and views that's in walking distance of central downtown Hood River (coffee shops, restaurants, etc.). This place is good for only adults/older kids due to the # of stairs. Stocked kitchen, bluetooth speaker, and bath towels. If you're sensitive to light, bring eye mask as the sun shines beautifully through the large windows (there are drapes) in the morning.

This was the second year we've stayed at ALOFT and loved it just as much as the first time. The host was communicative and helpful and the property was as described. Location is superb. Would return and would recommend!

Stunning Views & Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! With plenty of space, it was the perfect fit for our group of 10 girls. The three bathrooms were a huge plus, making it easy for everyone to get ready. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was ideal—close to town, so we could easily explore and enjoy everything Hood River has to offer. The only minor concern was the railing near the big sliding doors; it might not be the best spot for little ones to play around. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Views - Walking Distance to Downtown/Riverside!!

Our stay with ALOFT was absolutely incredible--they were responsive when we needed them and the property itself accommodated everyone with ease. We were celebrating a bride-to-be and they made her feel so special during our stay. Walkable to both downtown and the riverside which was fantastic and views from this property are incredible!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great pad, good workout with the stairs, stunning view

We had such a great girl weekend. This place was perfectly laid out so if some of us wanted to stay up late or get up early the other crew were not bothered. Lots of stairs, but a good workout. AMAZING view! My only complaints, no TV in the living room, and only 1 TV in the bedroom so watching chick flicks at night was a no-go. Also, the Bluetooth speaker is quite clunky and you needed to download the Sonos app but even with that, it was not easy to find your music.

Great location and amazing house

Loved everything about this place. The location was great. The house was better than expected. Tons of room to space ourselves out. I was worried the upstairs bedrooms would be weird with a primary and a second bedroom that needed to go down 2 levels to the bathroom but the layout was so that both upstairs bedrooms had access to the bathroom with doors. Overall amazing. Lots of space. Great place.

Overall a nice stay, great location

The location is great and views from all front rooms are beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and water. Doors that open in the living room gave a sense of being outside while enjoying morning coffee and reading. I agree with previous reviewers that the place could use a deep clean and some minor touch ups, but overall it was a very nice stay for our family with adult children. Lack of a TV room (now with a bed vs sectional) made watching a show all together challenging and might not be great with younger kids.

Premium location, beautiful townhome

This was a fantastic home in an amazing location. All of downtown's amenities are within walking distance, the view is hard to beat and we were very happy with our stay. The property owner was very helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend!
