An excellent hotel in a quiet, safe area of Madrid. The staff were courteous, helpful and very accommodating. The room is clean, modern, and very spacious but the bathroom is a little bit dated.

The breakfast and drinks on rooftop need improvement. The help for the drinks on roof was very bad. It is a beautiful space but the help was not good and she didn't seem to care. The breakfast food was mediocre compared to my first stay in 2019. But the space is lovely.

This is especially annoying when we specifically filter your listings for these as having to travel again to eat is not welcome after already having spent a day travelling ...
