### Holiday Apartment 'Unit 1' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Fewo54 with step-free interior is located in Homberg (Efze) and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay. The 54 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and a hallway. A 12 m² covered terrace with seating, directly accessible from the living room, invites you to relax. Smokers will also find their place here. Amenities include a smart TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi, and a dishwasher. The lovingly decorated apartment will delight you. A bakery, butcher, and shopping center are nearby. Many excursion destinations and beautiful hiking trails are easily and quickly accessible. A parking permit for free parking is included in the price.  
  
Spacious approx. 50 sqm apartment, divided into living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hallway as well as an outdoor seating area. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor seating area. All rooms are modernly furnished and leave nothing to be desired.  
  
Bedroom with king-size bed, another sleeping accommodation in the living room (sofa bed). The living room has a sofa set, dining table with 4 chairs, HD TV with streaming function.  
  
The kitchen has all the necessary facilities including free coffee and a selection of free drinks for the day of arrival.  
  
Small but nicely furnished bathroom including care products and hair dryer. Spacious shower with rain shower.  
  
1 dog is allowed, please make sure that your furry friend does not use the sofa or bed. Please bring a blanket so that you can cover the sofa.  
  
We have a parking permit for our guests, with which you can park directly at the apartment or in the old town free of charge.  
  
If you arrive by train / bus, we offer you a pick-up service, either from Homberg bus station or Wabern train station. Please arrange this with us before arrival.
