« This place is somehow underwhelming, especially in light of how much it costs. The woman cooking dinners was clearly under pressure with orders taken after normal finish time for meals. The rice ran out ...who runs out of rice? Some staff were extremely friendly and organised other quite the opposite. « Really disappointing stay. The room was unbearably hot from the moment we arrived, and despite using the fan provided and having the window open, so much so somebody could probably climb through, it made little to no difference. To make matters worse, the radiator in the bathroom appeared to be on full blast the entire time, with no obvious switch or way to turn it off. « Had a three night stay. Quirky Harry Potter themed room. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Had to report to the manager that the shower wasn’t working and he immediately went up to the room and simply turned it on. How embarrassing …. and me an engineer too. Ate in the hotel first night.
