Welcome to the latest addition to our Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat family of vacation rentals! Here at Latitude Cottage you will find all of the rest and relaxation you could have ever asked for. Located right off of Gulf Drive and 76th Street, within walking distance to the beach access. This half duplex has 2 bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms with more than enough room to sleep six people in three King beds!

The main floor includes an abundance of space in the living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you may need to prepare and enjoy meals with your family and friends and overlooks the backyard and pool area. On the split level, just a few steps from the living room, you will discover the master bedroom complete with a king bed and an en-suite. The second floor is home to one bedroom with two king beds and an en-suite along with a wrap around porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee! Like all of our Lizzie Lu's homes, you can sleep comfortably among the 600-thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets on each bed.

You can relax around the pool underneath the private tropical landscaping, or even in the pool along side the waterfall. The pool is heated through the winter months to 85 degrees, and chilled in the summer months to ensure it does not climb over 90 degrees. With the picnic table and Weber grill, your family and friends can enjoy a warm Florida summer barbecue comfortably. In the garage, you will find our standard items including a balloon tire wagon, cooler, and beach chairs for each person in the home, as well as a beach umbrella for that Florida sunshine!

Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat is a full service property manager on Anna Maria Island to ensure our guests enjoy some of the nicest, well stocked homes on the island. For an additional charge, we offer bikes and GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible.

While vacationing on Anna Maria Island, please adhere to our local rules and regulations for our residential community which are included in our homes as well as our arrival information.
