Mainsail Beach Inn Charming Beach Condo

Located on the first floor of Mainsail Beach Inn, offering a small patio and close proximity to the pool, an amazing value. The furnishings and appointments in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental are elegant, fresh and bright. The two bedroom, two bathroom island retreat is attractively decorated, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork, polished pine floors and comfortable furniture.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features marble counter tops, custom wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a raised breakfast bar with seating for four.

This two bedroom residence can accommodate 4 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 6 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

The property managers Matthew and Dominic were easy to work with and right on site if you need help with anything. They wanted to ensure we had whatever needed to make our stay better. The condo was a great location in between both Holmes and Anna Maria town centers. Easy golf cart rides to either spot. The beach is right outside your door. We had everything we needed for a great vacation with our toddler.

Good but disappointing

Was disappointed about the lock on the front door. Not functional nor secure. Patio door not easy to use. It kept falling off the track. Dishwasher was not in good shape. Price per night is a premium cost. One expects basic things to work. Onsite staff were embarrassed about the condition of this unit. Most likely will not stay here again. Sad, because we loved it last time we stayed in a different unit.

Excellent vacation

We had a great time on vacation! Everything we needed, easy check in process, great location, beautiful beach, chairs on the beach (umbrellas in the closet), comfy beds and we even rented the bikes. Thank you enjoyed it!

February get away

Anna Marie is lovely. The staff at mainsail was lovely especially Manny and John. Nice pool lovely beach. Condo was clean. Limited space no view we were disappointed in the following. : no way to clean floors only a broom. Umbrellas were in rough shape. Cabinets are in need of painting. Beds are very comfortable. The beach bistro makes it very loud and the big trucks that come several times a week made it feel industrial. Beach bistro had their parking lot paved the smell was unpleasant. The furniture on the little back deck is very uncomfortable the construction of new condos was our view all month ! One weekend a group of women rented unit above us the noise level was ridiculous on Saturday night. I complained to staff on Sunday. We fell in love with the island the food the shopping etc. We have always stayed at ft Myers or Bonita beach. We have never paid this much and had no view no deck etc. We would rent from mainsail again but not this condo. Again, the staff was lovely. Also the parking is extremely tight snd if you have a guest they have to park at another hotel and it’s 10$ a night.
