Great week in AMI

Was a wonderful stay from start to finish- we loved this location and it was well equipped with beach chairs and bikes. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the pool was lovely. Hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Our family really enjoyed this house . My granddaughter was in the pool everyday. The house was clean and adorable . The pool was warm and inviting . So easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The management company was quick to help with any issues or concerns . We would definitely stay there again .

Key Largo

Very clean updated. Kitchen was great. Great baths , showers were incredible. The pool area was ok. The pool walls had stains we mistakenly thought was algae. The patio around the pool had limited space to walk. Overall ideal place for a family to vacation.

Amenities not up to par

The dishwasher wasn’t working!! Owner didn’t seem to be to concerned about one of the amenities not working. I don’t wash dishes at home, why would I want to hand wash dishes during my vacation? All of the forks must’ve been in the broken dishwasher as we had to purchase forks to use during our stay. The driveway is super short (28feet in length) the average car could fit (compact) it would barely fit a SUV, however there’s no way two vehicles would fit in the driveway. Do not park in front of the house in the gravel as you will receive a parking citation for $75 as I did. The alarm on the sliding glass door is absolutely annoying!! There should be a way to disable the alarm if your guest do not have the need for it. If you push the bypass button with your hands full, it will continuously go off and you have to hurry and I mean HURRY and hope you won’t drop what’s in your hands down the steep step to the pool area. The interior of the house is decorated lovely, beds are comfortable. The walk to the beach access area is about 20 minutes. We are not new to AMI, we have stayed here for the past 7 years on and off season. This year we have experienced more problems than we would’ve liked to.

AMI Second Trip

Home was clean and looked like listing. Outdoor area enjoyable and outdoor furniture a very good quality. Was concerned of its proximity to a busy road but the road noise wasn’t horrible. Easy golf cart ride to just about anywhere.
