On arrival heavy cases had to be lifted up winding stairs and on departure down winding stairs. We were disappointed a sitting room was not available between 20.00 and 08.00\. We understand that at Midsummer the above 2 facilities were unavailable for longer periods. We were surprised we had to pay our bill on arrival rather than on departure day."
