For us, we appreciate the proximity to the beach. The outdoor cleanup area is convenient. It has been I and my spouse so the single bathroom isn't problematic though I suspect for more guests it would be a challenge particularly as the bathroom is small. We stayed at Happy Hours for a lovely mini break! We had our two dogs and the fenced in yard made caring for them so easy! The house is lovely and the open floor plan for the living areas is open and spacious. The kitchen and house lighting is well-labeled and organized. We never had to search hard or guess on anything! The appliances were clean and the deck and sitting areas outside were very comfortable. Beach access was a very short walk and it's a quick trip in the car, or on the bikes they provide to restaurants, bars, and other conveniences.
