Located on S. Topsail Drive Surf City, NC. The location could not be better! Nestled between an awesome playground with basketball courts, with the Intracoastal Waterway Boardwalk and a private community beach access!  
  
This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is ideally situated just a half-mile from delightful island dining spots, quaint gift shops, a convenient grocery store, and the iconic Surf City Pier.

Bed & Bath Linens:   
\- Bed and Bath linens are all provided (beach towels are not included)!  
• Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.  
\*\* For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.

• There are tons of restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the beach just to name a few plus dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.  
• If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.  
• One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

• Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!

#### Love topsail!

This is our 3rd time coming to Surf City & 2nd time staying in Turtle Cove but different properties. This property is nice, but pretty basic as far as decorations & cleanliness. We did find trash & empty water bottles in the living room area, but all in all it was clean. None of the dispensers in the showers were filled, luckily we had brought our own. There was no hairdryer, which i wish i would have realized prior to. The kitchen & bedrooms are great, roomy! Definitely suggest bringing your own pillows, as the ones there were incredibly soft/flat. We love the location, the pool & short walk to the beach!

Arrived at midnight only to find out we had to make the beds after being exhausted sadly, then Issues with it not being clean hair in bathroom & filthy mattress cover!! Then loss of sleep due to nosy & dirty fans, light from pool area keeping me awake & bad electrical socket behind nightstand also!! I left a day early too damm frustrated & feeling sick too!!

Nice place with lots of sleeping possibilities. Good communication. Good kitchen supplies (the best we have ever had in a rental and we do 2-3 a year). Place was clean. The fact that bedding and linen was provided was an added bonus. Pool was not crowded when we wanted to use at night. Beach access was close though key fab entrance was a little frustrating as we had people wanting to come and go at different times. Beach was wonderful - not crowded and clean. Would definitely stay again.
