Beach access is just across the street. On the ground level, a two-car garage is available for guest use. An enclosed hot and cold shower is also at the back of the house, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first level in this reverse floor plan - two of which are private suites. The first spacious ocean-facing suite offers clean-white furnishings, an en suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead to the ocean-facing deck. Wake up early, grab a cup of coffee, and relax on the deck amid the cool ocean breeze. The second suite has access to the first-floor oceanside deck. This room offers warm wood furnishings that will have you feeling right at home. The third bedroom, full bathroom, and washer/dryer round out this floor. On the second level, find the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Great views of the ocean fill the living space.
