Private pool and hot tub in the backyard, plenty of room with three floors of livable space, bonus hangout room on the ground floor, easy convenient beach access, sun decks for sunset views and more await you, your family and even your dog. The overall house set up was nice but this house has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Years of gunk in this house, besides just lack of being generally cleaned. Didn’t appear to be vacuumed when we arrived. Showers had built up mold/mildew. Kitchen drawers and cabinets wouldn’t stay closed and air filter vent had dust, dirt, dog hair at least 1/2 inch thick. All patio furniture had mold on it. Carpet was stained (hopefully as opposed to being just dirty). I wore shoes the whole week. ##### Mary A.
