'Sea The View' is located 3 miles from the bridge and minutes from shopping, restaurants and Topsail Island's exclusive fishing pier. GROUND LEVEL: Parking for 4 vehicles (maybe 5 if you get creative… ) There are two covered entrances, one on each side with an elevator on this level that can take your groceries and luggage to all three levels (a huge plus for those who have trouble with stairs).. FIRST LEVEL: Four colorful bedrooms with two full baths on this level and a hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the ocean side providing gorgeous views; each has an adjoining bathroom, a queen bed and sliding doors that open up onto a large deck with stairs leading down to the sand. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located on the street side. One of these bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Both have a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and full / queen size bed underneath. If needed, three of the bedrooms on this floor have desks for working, reading or virtual school. SECOND LEVEL: This level has windows all along the ocean side with sliding glass doors opening up to an ocean front deck that leads to the beach. The living room has a large sofa with chaise lounge, additional sofa, and chairs to relax watching the new flat screen smart TV, and DVD player. In addition, the living room has a table for games / puzzles. The kitchen has a table that seats eight, a bar area for seating four people and all steel appliances. There is a refrigerator, ice maker, filtered water, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. All utensils included & a large seafood / pasta pot with plenty of platters / bowls for large meals or entertaining. Off the kitchen there is a half bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom with king bed is located off the living room on the street side with a beautiful ocean view from the side window, a desk and a flat screen TV. Guests of this room will enjoy a large beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub , double vanity & a large walk-in closet. 'Sea The View' offers many accommodations and a great location that will make your vacation a wonderful experience. Traveling with kids/ little ones & want to pack light? We have you covered indoors & out! The house has a high chair, pack & play, beach toys, skim board, boogie boards, & loads of board games (for adults too), chess board & puzzles to keep your crew entertained. And home is how it felt. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation, expansive spaces, beautifully decorated and superbly comfortable inside and out. The view is incomparable! We saw dolphins and a few reef sharks during the day and starred at the stars at night. The hosts are as good as it gets. We stayed in November 2021 for five days. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was in a perfect location: right on the beach in a quieter part of the area, with no house in the lot directly to one side because it was a public beach access, so there was extra privacy because of that. The house was exactly as it was described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and perfectly maintained, with amazingly views. There were beach supplies on hand, a well-stocked kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, and Netflix was ready on the main TV. Ingrid was an awesome host who checked in on us to make sure that everything was fine. She was very responsive every time we asked a question, and she is very professional and very friendly. We had no problems at all during our stay. We thank you for being so very accommodating to us. Everything was perfect and we will never forget our stay! This listing does NOT include Sheets for the Beds or Towels!!!! I did not notice this when I reserved it and I thinks it's a very important detail. We had to go out late at night to buy these items and that was Expensive. Add this to your budget if you stay here. The house was great, the view of being on the Ocean is Amazing! Owner was nice in communication. Bedroom views are beautiful. Chairs on the deck are Perfect for seeing the view!! Parking area good. I would stay here again...the only downside is not providing towels/sheets. I don't think the blankets provided are washed in between guests because you have to make the beds with them prior to leaving. Kitchen is fully equipped.
