Conveniently located on the second row of South Anderson Blvd, the property offers easy access to the beach right across the street. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening drinks on the deck that overlooks the ocean while embracing the relaxed Topsail Island atmosphere. The reverse layout of the home includes three bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and a master suite boasting a king bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a playful beach theme, furnished with a twin/full bunk bed and a twin trundle. Additionally, all bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. For extra sleeping or lounging space, there is a daybed with a twin trundle in the great room on the second floor. The living area provides ample comfort with plush seating, ottomans, and a flat-screen HDTV with cable for your entertainment. Complimentary wireless internet is also available. If you like a neighborhood feel and the quaintness of a quiet little village at the end of South Topsail, this is your destination. Such a nice little area with huge beaches and no big condos or hotels. Easy beach access. By the water tower...restaurants, ice cream, fresh seafood, a convenient store. Everything was clean and just like the photos. We loved the screened in porch and the beach access right across the street. The kitchen was perfect for cooking - had everything you could think of! This was our first time in Topsail Beach and will not be our last. The only complaint we had was the wifi was very slow and often would quit working while we were watching movies. Open floor plan of the main living area was perfect for our family. The sunset off back deck was amazing as well. Slight actual ocean view from front decks also. Overall very, very pleased with this rental. Great house, great location, and great value for the price compared to other listings. The fact it was pet friendly (with a fee) was perfect for us, nice sized backyard to walk pups in, only way it could have been better was if there was a fence, but all in all just really wonderful house.
