A waiver signature is required for pool use.** This amenity is great for families that like their privacy or don't like to spend all day down on the beach. With a spacious deck and a covered sitting area, you may end up staying poolside for your whole vacation!

As you arrive you are greeted by a carport area that provides parking for up to 4 vehicles, as well as a wet weather entry to the property. This covered space is great for staying cool on those hot summer days or enjoying the outdoors when those southern summer storms roll in. Use the keyless access pad on the front door to gain entry to this little piece of paradise. The large foyer has room for your beach gear so you can keep all that sand on the lower level.

Take the stairs up to the 2nd level of this reverse floor plan home where you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. First, to the right at the end of the hall, is the Master bedroom suite, complete with a King bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the covered deck. This suite also offers a private bathroom with a double vanity sink and a luxury tiled shower. Your little castaways will enjoy the 2nd bedroom on this floor that comes complete with two bunk bed sets. The final bedroom down the hall offers a Queen bed and access to the covered deck as well. The Queen and Bunk rooms share a large full bathroom located in the hall. This bathroom also offers a double vanity sink as well as a tiled shower. Directly next to the stairwell in the hall, you will find the laundry room where guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer during their stay.

On the top floor, you are greeted by the open and large living room which offers comfortable space for the whole family to gather and relax after a long day exploring Topsail. Enjoy breathtaking views from the large pane windows throughout the room. The partially covered deck offers ample outdoor space where guests can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. Please note: This property does not offer a traditional cable service but instead provides guests access to streaming channels through YouTube TV service. Guests are also welcome to log in to their own streaming services to stay up to date with their favorite shows and movies while on vacation. The dining area sits to the right of the living room and offers seating for 6 at the table as well as an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen offers all of your basic cooking needs as well as brand-new stainless steel appliances. Whip up an afternoon snack or a local seafood feast while still enjoying some stunning Island views from the living room windows.

The final bedroom is located on the top floor and offers a King bed and access to the top floor deck. The top floor full bathroom is tucked away in this room and shared by the bedroom and the living areas.
