Beach Therapy | Oceanfront, Pet Friendly!

Beach Therapy is located in the heart of Topsail Island. As the name implies, relax and enjoy your time at this beautiful location. This beautiful and inviting home is located approximately 1.5 miles from the turning circle as you exit (right) off the bridge.

Access to the duplex is through a wet/dry entry located on the first level with enough parking for five vehicles (three under the carport). Wake up in the morning in the large master bedroom and hear the sounds of waves, or drink your morning coffee from the adjoining deck overlooking the scenic beach. The spacious primary suite features new furniture for 2026, which includes a king size bed, a 55” smart TV and adjacent master bathroom that was also renovated in 2026. The house offers two additional bedrooms each with their own adjoining bathrooms, queen beds, and single sleeper sofas. Each bedroom has a 42” or larger Smart TV with basic cable.

The living room features an open-concept floor plan with stunning views. The kitchen is very well equipment with new appliances including a Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer. The living room has comfortable leather furniture and features a 75” Smart TV over the fireplace. The dining room can comfortable seat six with ample elbow room, and the bar can seat an additional three individuals.

Direct access to the beach is provided from either of the two covered decks that lead to a 250 square foot sundeck with additional seating with tables to enjoy the sunset. Each deck is gated and has patio furniture to enjoy the great beach views. Beach chairs are provided to make your time on the beach more relaxing and fun-filled.

Please note: For security purposes, there are two exterior cameras-both facing the beach.

The place was great. Love the location right on the beach and it was pet friendly. The 2 flights of stairs were challenging. I climbed an average of 15 flights of stairs per day.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this oceanfront rental! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views from every window and deck. The home was spotless and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, it was all there. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

Ocean Vibes

The Location of the house was amazing as it was Desme on the ocean. Quick and easy to go in and out onto the beach and back to the AC. The place is great, needs a few updates here and there, but we were very happy with our stay and loved being right on the ocean. Having the covered deck above and below were absolutely phenomenal and we spent a ton of time in those locations

Beach Therapy was the perfect location for our family.

The property was exactly as described. Large rooms for everyone to enjoy. The sunrise view from the beachside decks was the best start of each day. Beach Therapy met all of our vacation needs and I highly recommend checking it out!

Mostly pleased with the property. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working and we had two small children and their parents who had flown in and not packed many clothes as there was a washing machine. Part had to be ordered which didn't come in while we were there. I can't imagine why the previous renters did not report this issue. Had to go elsewhere to do laundry.

Perfect beach getaway

This is a great house that is right on the beach for a getaway. Well maintained and clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the property was better than pictured - not only does it come with both a two-level covered balcony (pictured), it also has a sundeck and gates to prevent kids/dogs from traversing to another part or level. The kitchen has also now been updated with granite countertops! The house was the right distance from town - not too far to make a quick trip to grab food, but not too close that the beach has too many people. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Oceanfront oasis

Great house with direct beach access. Gated multi-level decks keep kids and pets enclosed safely. Spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable beds. Ice machine wasn't working and carbon monoxide alarm needed batteries but maintenance came quickly.

Wonderful rental!

Very nice place! Outdoor shower was a big plus. The kitchen and bedrooms were spacious, and well decorated. We had a fantastic time. We would rent this again.
