5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 half baths, private pool & private beach access

Beautiful, 5BR 4 full and 2 half BA family friendly house. Walk one block (420 ft) to your private beach access. Relax on the large deck and 12x24 private saltwater pool. The house has plenty of parking space. We recently put in 2 new air conditioners to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We also have 2 washers and 2 dryers to help keep those beach towels clean!

All bedrooms have a private full bathroom except the two first level queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the living area and another half bathroom on the ground level for easy access from the pool. All bedrooms have flat-screen Smart LED TVs with basic cable. Dining space for 14, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. 14 bathroom towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided. 7-day minimum. Saturday to Saturday.

*No bed linens provided* If you need to rent bed linens, just reach out to Sweet Dreams Linen in Surf City. Give them the house address and they will drop off and pick up your linens.

Come and relax at the Beach Hive. We hope you love this house as much as we do. We have furnished it with everything you need for an easy family vacation. Enjoy the large kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook solo or as a group. The kitchen also has an island that sits 4 that is perfect for hanging out or playing games. In addition to the open living space, you can hang out on the ground level and play darts or bumper pool or open up the garage door and enjoy the outside. You'll also love the covered porch and decks off the back of the house not to mention hanging poolside. Not only does this house have open areas to share with family and friends there is plenty of space to retreat and relax. We are located on a wonderful street with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. There is a park across the street with a public dock where you can see beautiful sunsets. We are just a few blocks from downtown Surf City.

Was a great property for two families with infants/toddlers and pre-schoolers. The pool was perfect for the older kids while the younger ones napped. There are two laundry facilities which was perfect for keeping up with laundry. The host was attentive and responsive. It was a great house for vacation.

Beautiful home!

Our group of 14 ranging from 19 months old to 60s enjoyed our stay. Each group had their own bathroom and showers which was awesome. The pool was great, we used the supplied grill once and the kids loved the arcade game in the garage. 2 cleaning stations with one being an outside shower was great. Will definitely stay again!

Great hosts and great house!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Beach Hive! 11 of us fit comfortably in the house and the pictures were spot on to what the house looks like. The pool was perfect and the short walk to the beach was nice. We had one issue with the faucet which the owners addressed promptly and without any disruption to our stay. We highly recommend this place!!

Great house in Surf City ☀️

We loved our stay, even though we had not such great weather due to Tropical storm Debby, the proximity to the beach and the private pool made it easy to get outside during the few hours of clearer skies. The house was plenty big to spread out with adults and teens, plus being able to walk into town was super fun for the teens. The beach bag welcome gift was also so nice! The house was well equipped with the necessities, and we loved the laundry basket/hampers for each room. The only thing that is missing is full length mirrors. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Absolutely loved having a pool and spent most of our time either on a deck in the shade or by the pool. Quick access to grocery and restraints. Quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the ocean. I would definitely go again. Host was very kind and responsive.

We stayed in this property back in 2021 as well. While we would certainly prefer to be on the beach, this house is only a block away with easy beach access. The private pool is a big plus, since we had three children with us under 3. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 3 kids - lots of room to congregate and also enough room to get away from the others if/when we needed to.

This house was the perfect setup for our family. The private beach access is a must and would most likely be a deal breaker if not available. I would recommend this house for sure. We had 11 people in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Awesome spot!!!

Gem in Surf City

The house is great. Clean, organized, provisioned, etc. We were a group of two families with four adults and seven kids from 7-13. The proximity to the beach and lack of crowd was one of the best parts of this property... The pool is small (like most others on Topsail), but served it's purpose well. The owners are super fast to respond to any and all communications. One star deducted for neighborhood; the house next door is a dump with detritus all over it. This really drags down the nice properties around it. I also deducted one star for cleanliness... While the overall property was very nice and clean, little things like the fridges and freezers, stairwells, etc definitely need more attention from the cleaning company. Overall, we would absolutely book this property again...!

Annual Topsail trip

We had a great time during our annual beach trip and we’re so glad we decided to stay 2 weeks this year at the beehive! What a wonderful home! The kids and adults alike loved the private pool as well as the convenient short walk to the beach and pier. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house. Would definitely suggest staying here!

Ohio Friends Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful visit to the beach hive!! We have 8 kids, 6 parents who all enjoyed the spacious house, amazing pool, and easily walkable distance to the beach! We typically stay in North Topsail beach, but wanted to try Surf City side. A lot more traffic and some car noise all night long were the only downsides to this awesome house! Lots of amenities and space for our 3 families and all our things :) Would love to visit the Beach Hive again some summer soon!
