You'll be just minutes from Mt. Holly, Holly Oaks ORV Park, Henry Ford Genesys Hospital, and Downtown Holly. Downtown Holly has restaurants, boutiques, antique shops and a quaint small town feel. We are also minutes away from area attractions such as the Renaissance Festival and Rotten Manor. Whether you want to get cozy in the plush king bed after a day at the slopes or need to cool off in the air conditioning after a day in the sun at the ORV Park, we have you covered! Stylish and comfortable furniture will make you feel right at home throughout your stay. Kick back in the bedroom on the king bed with plush linens and watch your favorite show on the 55 inch TV by using your login for your favorite streaming app. No need to travel to do your laundry. We have an on-site laundry facility located in the building next to ours that you will have access to 24 hours a day! The laundry room is the only place that any other guests have access to, the entire apartment will be yours! Our apartment is in an unbeatable location! We are close to everything the local area has to offer, but also in an area with a low noise level, so you will be able to get a peaceful night's sleep! We are a short 10 minute drive from Henry Ford Genesys Hospital, which makes our apartment an excellent choice for local doctors and residents who are in need of housing. We are happy to accommodate longer stays! Less than a mile away is the 106 acre Holly ORV Park which boasts over 20 adventure areas that are uniquely themed and capitalize on the landscape left behind by the site's previous mines! We have ample free parking on site if you are bringing an ATV or ORV. Our parking lots are large enough to accommodate vehicles with trailers! On a hot summer day, take the family over to the Whoa Zone Floating Water Park located inside Holly Recreation Area ​on Heron lake- a short 2 minute drive from us! You can also rent canoes, Stand Up Paddleboards, kayaks, and more! For travelers looking for a winter get away, look no further! Our property is located right next door to Mt. Holly Ski and Snowboard Resort! Walk or drive next door to enjoy 20 expertly groomed trails or get your thrills at one of the 3 snowboard parks! You can also grab a bite to eat in one of their cafeterias or warm up on their 4200 square foot heated patio with a fire pit! Restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, boutiques, and much, much more can be found in beautiful downtown Holly, which is a short 10 minute drive away! Ask us for a recommendation for a great place to grab a bite to eat! If you are visiting during the Christmas holiday, the Holly Dickens Festival is a must for your to do list! In the fall, you'll be a 10 minute walk from the award winning Haunted House- Rotten Manor. Enjoy a good scare at one of their 35-45 minute features in their haunted house or haunted forest! Take in the sights and sounds of 16th Century England at the annual Renaissance Festival which takes place less than 5 minutes from our place each fall. No matter what time of year you choose to visit, you will be sure to find something for everyone in the family in Holly! Guests have keyless entry into the apartment, so there are no keys to keep track of. Our property manager will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions or address any issues that may arise. There is ample free parking on site near the entrance. Parking is available in the front of each complex or on the side. Bringing an ORV or ATV on your trip? Not a problem! There is plenty of space to park and vehicles with trailers are welcome to park sideways in our lot if needed! Please review all rules regarding pets before booking! Additionally, if you are bringing a pet, you will need to add the pet where you enter the number of guests for your reservation so the $50 pet fee is added. Pet fee will be shown in the host fees section. Failure to add your pet prior to booking will result in an additional charge being sent to you after booking. An additional cleaning fee of $125.00 will be charged to the guest for any reservation totaling 85 nights or more, including extensions to stays. Guests agree to a mandatory professional cleaning of the unit after the first 60 consecutive nights of occupancy, and every 60 nights thereafter for the duration of the stay. Fee will be sent after booking and cleaning will be scheduled during stay. We stayed at Adventure Acres while we visited our grandchildren and their parents in Grand Blanc. It was so nice to come “home” after a day with the kids. We even invited the family over for dinner one night and enjoyed the park area behind our unit. The swing and plenty of room to run races in the beautiful grassy lawn was our evening entertainment. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and furnished with nice appliances. The storage area had plenty of hangers and the desk was great for computer work. The location was beyond perfect, not only was it close, but you can only turn south out of the fair and the apartment was in that direction. The bathtub, however, was misleading. It has no internal stopper for the drain and the drain shape (raised) made it impossible to use an external one. I loved the floorplan. A bit disappointed that there were several flies in the apartment. My granddaughter needed to get me some fly strips to sort out the problem but other than that I was very comfortable and very much enjoyed my stay. The outside area was very pleasant and my great grandchildren enjoyed the climbing frame.
