We stayed in the top floor suite with the balcony/ hot tub since there were 5 of us. The kids enjoyed the room layout. Had a fun little loft.
It was extremely hot in Lucern while we stayed and the room was really hot. They provided two fans but was not enough to cool it down at night. We were all waking up drenched in sweat throughout every night. I know this is pretty normal throughout Europe but given the cost of the room would have rather stayed in an air conditioned room elsewhere.
The breakfast was very handy each morning.
