Enjoy the peace and tranquility of beautiful wooded surroundings, while being just steps from Lake Michigan and a short distance from all the attractions. Watch the sunset with a picnic or beverage from Sundown Park at the end of the lane. Dine alfresco on the patio around the firepit, relax with a massage and soak in the hot tub , or enjoy a night of karaoke or a movie in the entertainment room. Douglas/Saugatuck are just a few minutes up the road, and it is a straight line down hwy 89 to Fennville, wineries, Crane's orchard, and great antiquing. Nature activities are in abundance...Hiking, beaches, Sunsets, Skiing, or just viewing. Enjoy a trip to local farms and wineries, then grab the backpack in the house, and enjoy the Sunset from the beach with a picnic! There are two bedrooms, one with a King sized bed, the other a queen. There is a pull out sofa in the dining/sitting room. Both bathrooms have radiant heat flooring, and one is equipped with a steam shower. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of room to gather. The home is accessed by a keyless entry. There is an exterior security camera which guests can unplug upon their arrival. We reside in a home to the rear of the property, through the woods. But you are completely private. We do not discriminate, all are welcome, including your fur babies! There are friendly neighborhood pets around. List of amenities include: Google hub in entry. Several other Beaches are a short drive away...Oval Beach, Glenn Beach, Douglas Beach and West Side County Park). The house is best suited for couples, or 6 people total. We have a pull out sofa as well. Please do not bring extra guests without proper notification. The house is prepared for the number booked. Extra charges may apply. Pets are welcome. Be advised we have no fence, and are in the woods. Please be assured of your Pets' manners in the home. Town is only five minutes away. The dogs loved walking down to the park at the end of the road. The view of Lake Michigan was fabulous. She left us a lovely welcome basket and flowers. Although the hosts live in the house behind the property, we never saw or heard them after the warm welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed.The house has all the comforts of home, and much more. The Google Hub is very convenient. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with items for cooking or baking. We bought a pizza at Lyons Farmer's Market and the Pizzazz cooker baked the pizza to perfection. There's also also a beverage cooler, stocked with drinks, coffee maker with K-Cups, and the house is extremely clean and spacious.What a sweet idea to leave art projects for guests, like fun rock decorating. We enjoyed coloring a few during our stay. Our dogs loved walking on the property and the road in front of the house is not real busy. You can drive or walk to Sundown Park to watch sunset. We saw several deer roaming the property.It is a short drive to many great pet-friendly places, like Virtue Cider, Modales Winery, Oval Beach and The Butler in Saugatuck. Our dogs didn't want to leave, and neither did we. We would definitely stay here again. It would be beautiful in the Fall. ##### Melisa C. Everything here was so amazing and welcoming, from the locally made treats on the counter to the multiple cozy spaces to just \*be\* around the house.
