Loved the long table in the dining room for meals together and games! Great sitting area outside by pool and campfire pit! Hot tub was spacious too! Property was clean and ready for us even before our 3pm check-in time. Property manager was helpful and in contact with us all time, even when power went out due to severe storms…the celebration continued! The pool is great for relaxing and you feel like you’re surrounded by nature. The garden that surrounds the outdoor spaces adds to a peaceful experience. At nights you can see many stars as you sit around the fire pit. The house has so much to offer too and you have everything you need in the kitchen. We had a group of 17 girls and each and every one of us couldn’t stop raving about the house and all of the amenities. We are already planning a summer trip with our families next year! Rick is attentive and quick with his responses. The house and outdoor areas had plenty of space for our big group. The pool and hot tub are big and clean. We had a 4-day mini family reunion stay at Allegan Fields. The home was great! Rick, the host, was wonderful to work with. He was so quick to respond to any questions. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. They have a table that accommodated our entire group! The most popular parts of the house were the heated pool, the hot tub and the basement recreation room. The house is very comfortable. We were able to relax and just enjoy each other. I can’t speak enough to how amazing this property is. There is so much to do for everyone! The outdoor area alone makes this worth the booking. Inside, the house is great for groups with many big areas for everyone to gather while there are plenty of areas for smaller gatherings or getting some alone time. The host was easy to work with, EXTREMELY helpful, and the house was clean. There were very few things we needed for our stay. We also appreciated being close to downtown Fennville including being able to get groceries at Wagoners and fresh tortillas for taco night at Las Brazas. Only a few minutes from nice beaches too. Rick was communicative and helpful before and during the stay. Checking in was simple and clear. Check out was easy. We did need to clean many of the dishes, pans and silverware we used through the stay before we used them. Some of the rooms were not quite as clean as we would have hoped, but it wasn’t a major issue. I hope they add different exterior lights by the pool to help making hanging out outside easier. The house was perfect for all 19 of us! And exactly as advertised. We cooked every day, the kitchen accommodations were wonderful and plentiful for cooking for large groups. We had 9 children (ages 11months to 12yo) and 10 adults. My parents, who are in their 80s, enjoyed the porch swing daily. The many chairs around the fire pit fit us perfectly! The property has everything you need (pool, jacuzzi, bon fire pits, full amentity kitchen, etc) and just a stones throw from downtown fennville. The property itself was amazing and spacious. The owner, Rick, and the property, manager, Yolanda, were both helpful with any questions or accommodations. I would highly recommend again. We usually go out and about to different nearby cities, but we never left the house as everything we needed was there. 11/10. ##### Gerald W. Fourteen of our family stayed for the week. We had teenagers that loved the pool, cool pool noodles, ping pong table, and pac man games. (Note that we paid extra to have the pool heated which was a good idea.) Adults liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked a lot. Generous towel supply was much appreciated. Backyard fire pit was the best we've experienced in our 20 years of renting vacation spaces. Also loved the big backyard umbrellas. We also had an issue with a tripped circuit. We bring a group of friends and a couple of kids for a few nights leading up to the New Year. We always find the house to have what we need (except for the slowest drip coffee maker on the planet ;) ) A hot tub, lots of space, a fireplace, 2 fridges and plenty of towels and creature comforts to make the vibes just right. The town offers grocery + dining options and Douglas/Saugatuck is close by when people wanted to do a little shopping. The house is very spacious, plenary of bedrooms, bathrooms, and definitely a really big dining room that seated our entire group during the weekend. Backyard has a pool and hot tub. You can tell that the owners work hard in making this place special and have thought through many things for their guests. The deck is being sanded and refinished which will only add to the awesome backyard area. Just bring your groceries and enjoy each other’s company. The house exeeded expectations on roominess and pool/beach items. The house shows wear and tear but clean and funtional with ample cooking untensils. The beds were vey comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit. Only less then possitive items were the cleanliness of pool. Surface water was clean but pool bottom had hair and other debris.
