Nice property, lovely and clean rooms and great hospitality. Property manager treated very nicely and they are quite flexible in providing kitchen and other equipment on need basis.

Lovely stay away. The manager is a really friendly and helpful man. There was some really cool stuff on the site like hens that lay fresh eggs for breakfast and domesticated owls that perched at the entrance. It is right next to the beach which can be followed down to a lovely chip shop.

Lovely hotel in the center of Burnham Market. Our room was a good size with freestanding bath and fluffy white towels. Breakfast is wonderful. The only room for improvement is the pillows- all those on our bed were too high and firm, we wished they had other softer options.

"There was no communication we were supposed to be greated I phoned the number was told how to get the key and my room number by phone. The room wasn't a supererior one it was clean but the toilet was like in a very small room no hand wash in the dispenser The shower was in another room but very small. ..."
