Die Hütte ist nahe Hökerum gelegen, 100m Fußweg zu See. Es steht ein Boot zur Nutzung am allgemeinen Bootsanleger zur Verfügung (250m). Das Haus steht auf einem recht großen Grundstück, mit viel Platz für Kinder zum spielen (Rutsche, Schaukel, Baumhaus). Leider müsste mal eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt ...
