The city was bustling so expect some night time city noise. When we stayed there was some building works in the main entry which meant in the common areas there was some dust. But this should be temporary."

I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments.
