We rent two lovingly and individually furnished holiday homes on the Baltic Sea at the Wohlenberger Wiek, the apartments are only approx. 150m from the Baltic Sea. The way there leads over a traffic-calmed holiday home area. The next beach is a natural beach and well suited for small children, because the water only gets deeper slowly. 200m further there is another well-kept bathing beach, there is also a surf school and surfboards and kayaks can be rented there. The bay is a popular surfing area for both wind and kite surfing. Our house Baltic Sea Shell of 50m ² has two bedrooms and is ideal for 4-5 people, an extra bed for up to 7 people is possible, because in the living room is still a double bed couch with the dimensions 190x140cm, but then it is quite tight in the house. If more people want to arrive, we recommend renting our neighboring house Ostseeperle (no .: 2869323) at the same time, which is suitable for a further 3 people with a living room. Smoking is prohibited in the house, pets are not allowed. 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, a bed with 180x200cm, in the second bedroom a bed with 90x200cm and a folding couch with 140x200cm, a baby bed is available on request. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man kann sich super zurück ziehen, zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte und auf dem anliegenden Campingplatz kann man gut beim Italiener essen oder einen Cocktail genießen, auch ein Shop ist vorhanden und Freizeitangebote gibt es reichlich. Für uns als Familie war es super, Wismar ist traumhaft und leicht zu erreichen, Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren bieten sich auch an. Wir können leider die durchweg positiven Bewertungen nicht so ganz nachvollziehen, es waren doch einige Punkte, die uns nicht so gefallen haben bzw die nicht in Ordnung gewesen sind: - WLAN Verbindung extrem schlecht da es sich um ein offenes WLAN handelt. - Ferienhaus verfügt über keine Rauchmelder. - Eingangsbereich sehr ungepflegt, durch das Eingangstor ist man aufgrund der vielen Rosenbüsche kaum gekommen. - Bereits bei unserer Ankunft waren die Mülltonnen teilweise restlos überfüllt. - Parkplätze viel zu eng nebeneinander auf einer kleinen Wiese. Und ja, es steht zwar in der Anzeige beschrieben, dass eine Kaution in Höhe von 100€ genommen wird; wir finden dies trotzdem nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Für Schäden gibt es Versicherungen. Es wurde zudem keine Bestandsaufnahme des Zustandes des Ferienhauses bei der Ankunft gemacht. Zudem muss man sodann am Abreisetag wegen der Kaution auf den Vermieter warten und kann nicht spontan abreisen. Wir mussten so eine Stunde warten da der Vermieter uns vergessen hatte! Da wir sodann zeitlich Not hatten und nicht noch weiter Zeit verlieren wollten haben wir die Kritikpunkte nicht alle angesprochen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus nicht empfehlen. ##### Desiree H. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Sonnenterrassen, so dass man sowohl Frühstück wie auch Abendbrot draußen genießen kann. Besonders beeindruckt hat und die gute Ausstattung mit Kinderbüchern und Spielen, in der Hinsicht hätten wir nichts mitbringen müssen. Dankeschön! ##### Dorothee H. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und immer sehr nett und freundlich. Durch die elektrische Heizung war der Wohnraum schnell warm. Wir hatten dort als Familie eine tolle Zeit und der kurze Fußweg zum Strand ist mit Kindern super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Sascha P.
