Perfect for a family, getaway with friends, or couples stay, the home is fully fenced and features a deck, leafy backyard and alfresco dining area. The property is a convenient, central location in Sandy Bay and includes off street parking. Walk along 'the Golden Mile' to popular Nutgrove beach and end your day with an ice cream from Blac Fig. The Space: Located in a quiet residential area, the home has three generously sized bedrooms all with Queen beds. Renovated, while retaining original features such as floorboards, and ornate fireplaces, the home exudes character and warmth. Featuring a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room ideal for preparing home cooked meals while guests unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, dishwasher and café style coffee machine. For your comfort, there is a modern bathroom with large shower, separate bath and lots of vanity space.
