Freshly painted and furnished with a modern touch throughout, the house can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms each with a king bed. Outside is a sunny deck and the Sandy Bay Rivulet runs tranquilly alongside the property. The Space: Peacefully tucked away at the end of a quiet street is this two bedroom home which can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated to accommodate short-stay guests, you'll find the kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. The house is all on one level for ease of access and features 1 x off-street car park. Enjoy the sunny deck at the rear after a day of exploring Hobart as you take in the peaceful sounds of the Sandy Bay Rivulet trickling past. You can grab all your essentials in the nearby shopping precinct of Sandy Bay where you will find a great butcher and two major supermarkets. But there was no bedding for the third bedroom with its trundle bed. When I queried this with the property manager I was told that it wasnt advertised as a 3 bedroom place (not true). As we were 3 older women this was very disappointing.Also they really need a hard copy of material about the property and the neighbourhood ot a reference to some web site.
