To ensure your comfort, our property is equipped with air conditioning. Regardless of the weather outside, you can always enjoy a pleasant indoor environment, staying cool during the summer months and warm during the colder seasons.  
  
We understand the importance of catering to families with children, which is why we provide a variety of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. From board games to storybooks, there's something for kids of all ages. You can relax knowing that your children will have plenty of activities to enjoy during their stay.  
  
Granton is a lovely area located in Hobart, Tasmania. Situated just a short distance from the city center, it offers a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. We stayed for a week and the house was nice, had enough heating and cooling and large enough to accomadate 5 of us very comfortably..was close enough to shops and city of hobart with out being to close.. house was well maintained and had enough for you to get by with like a washing machine and dishwasher etc..so overall the accomadation is recomwnded by us and should not disapoint...

#### Disappointing Host

Place is good and clean. Apart from it, it's a very Disappointing stay. BBQ is rusty however agent gave the heads up about it. But No Wi-Fi internet for the entire period of the stay. Although we informed the agent about the issue, they have not made any attempt to fix it, except tried to fool us by telling various lies. NOT RECOMMENDED.
